Password Requirements
Passwords should be a minimum of 8 characters long and be a mix of alpha-numeric characters. A 16 character password is recommended for providing a high level of protection.
If you don't want to use a password manager:
- Be sure to use a long, random password that is unique to your Cult Wines account
- Do not reuse passwords from other websites, especially your email account
You may also wish to use a password manager such as LastPass to generate a unique password
Password Troubleshooting
- If you are able to access your account, you may change your password via the settings function in your profile
- If you have forgotten your password, you can click the forgotten password link in the existing customers login section at https://www.wineinvestment.com/my-account/
