The link in my verification email is missing, expired, or invalid

In order to prevent your account from being compromised, verification codes are sent to your registered email address and expire after 5 minutes. If your code is not working, please request another in the event that it has expired or keyed in incorrectly.  

If problems still persist, please contact our Support department by:-

2. By accessing Help & Support in the menu section of the app
3. Or, clicking Help on the bottom right of the web browser
