How do I reset my password?

Steps on how to reset your password.

To reset your password, this can be done via the settings section in your portal. Or, if you have lost/forgotten your password, you can reset by accessing the following link:
  1. Click Existing Customers login
  2. Select Forgotten Your Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. You will receive a password reset link to your inbox
